About FVDES

Tim Mastin

Position: FVDES Technician

I am part of the technical support team at FVDES. Prior to joining FVDES I worked as a Windows Network Administrator and technical support technician for a wide variety of computer users in a networked environment. My training includes CISCO Networking, A+ computer service technician training, and I am currently working on my Apple Certified Service Technician training.

I provide technical support to all students enrolled at FVDES whether you are using a computer provided by the school, or your own personal home computer. I also work with and enjoy both the Macintosh and PC computing worlds equally.

Out of the technical support environment, my interests include my wonderful family of 7, fishing, camping, hiking, and snowboarding.
