As well as lots of great information for parents. Feel free to suggest any other interesting or helpful sites with fun activities.

FVDES is happy to offer the accelerated reading program on line!


Accelerated reader is a program to help monitor your child's reading progress. When your child is motivated and engaged in learning, something magical happens. Their confidence and self-esteem improve. They get excited about school. And they achieve tremendous academic growth.

Fine Arts Program

FVDES Field Trips

Students will have the opportunity to listen to experts explore different topics and learn about new and interesting things. Some examples of topics: Mount Everest, Story Boarding, Whales, Pacific Coast First Nations Masks. Being part of an online class means that we try to study together once a week.This may be substituted for a Module if you attend every Monday at 1:30.
