Description: 

Through participation in this course, students will develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to incorporate physical activity into regular daily routines and leisure pursuits. Students will develop responsible personal and social behaviour, enabling them to live an active, healthy lifestyle. In addition to written assignments students must complete at least 96 hours of documented physical activity.
