Description: 

Students who take the FVDES online Physical Education program will develop a plan to address physical fitness, master particular recreational skills and acquire the knowledge necessary to pursue a healthy and active lifestyle. In addition to active participation in chosen activities, students are required to journal their progress towards the goal of physical fitness and skills acquisition.
