Issued in February 1945, this is one of the last stamps (Scott # B291) of the Third Reich.It exhorts the People's Army (Volkssturm) to rise up against the Russian Army. It was issued to honour Hitler's decree of September 25, 1944, calling up all men between 16 and 60 to fight alongside the Wehrmacht in East Prussia.
