Testing Sites

Locate your test site in the list below and contact the site by phone or email to arrange a testing date and time. If you need to change your test site location please contact your FVDES counselor.

Once you have booked a test, your testing site may require you to request that FVDES mail your test to the testing site. If this is the case, you may do this by filling out the "Order a Test" form online, or by calling 604-794-2434 and following the prompts to order a test.

Note: Bookings and Cancellations require 24 hour notice.
