FirstClass Email Information
FirstClass is the email system used by staff and students at the Fraser Valley Distance Education School (FVDES). Every new online student receives an account on the FVDES FirstClass system, FirstClass software which can be installed on several computers and detailed instructions explaining how to install and set-up the program. It is not uncommon for these resources to be lost, damages or misplaced and that is why the same information can be found in this section of the FVDES web site.
Obtaining FirstClass Software
The FirstClass installation program is available from several different sources
- The FVDES 2009-2010 Software Support DVD disk
All online students receive this disk when they first enroll in the program
Please note that this is a DVD and not a CD-Rom. The information on this disk must be read by a computer equipped with a DVD reader
- From the Internet
