Participate in fun activities while learning about physics (kinetics) and biology (human physiology).  The FVDES PAC is funding transportation (SD-33 bus) and park admittance.

Canadian Military Education Centre

**IMPORTANT: The Royal Museum Field Trip is full. A "wait list" is being built in case of cancellations and all those who are booked or on the wait list will be individually notified. Thank you for the great interest and participation in this activity. **


The FVDES PAC has generously funded the entire field trip which includes transportation (bus and ferry), meals and admission to all the venues.

Gearbots Challenge @ Skills Canada

Fraser Valley Distance Education School will be sending a team to the Gearbots Challenge at the Skills Canada Provincial Competition at the Tradex Centre in Abbotsford.  The Gearbots Challenge is a series of competitions for students to complete using Lego® Mindstorms™ Robots programmed using the NXT software platform.  The competition will test the programming and problem solving skills of the competitors.  Mr. Conrad and Mr. Miller will be sponsoring our team.
